WE CONTRIBUTE TO YOUR THIRD-PILLAR PENSION. YOUR FUTURE MATTERS


Supplementary Pension Savings

The employer contributes to employees’ supplementary pension savings in the following amounts:

  • for employees participating in the scheme who are up to 40 years of age – €19.00 per month;
  • for employees participating in the scheme who are over 40 years of age – €26.00 per month.

We contribute up to €420 a year.


WE’RE HERE TO HELP WHEN YOU NEED US MOST


We may provide social assistance and financial support in the following circumstances: 

 

  • the birth of a child: €250 upon presentation of the child’s birth certificate or other credible proof of birth;
  • long-term sickness absence lasting at least three consecutive months: €250;
  • serious personal or social hardship (e.g. due to serious illness or a natural disaster): €500;
  • the death of an immediate family member (a spouse or dependent child): up to €700;
  • the death of an employee, with the following amounts paid to the employee’s closest surviving relatives:

 

OFF SICK? WE’LL SUPPORT YOU FINANCIALLY


If you are temporarily unable to work, we provide income replacement at 65% of the daily assessment base for each calendar day from the first day of your incapacity until it ends, for a maximum of 10 days from the start of the incapacity. 

 

LEGAL SUPPORT WHEN THE UNEXPECTED HAPPENS


If another party sues you for something you did in the course of your work under your employment contract, we may, with the agreement of the trade union, provide legal assistance.

The standard working week is 37½ hours for employees on both flexible and fixed schedules. Employees working three-shift patterns or in continuous operations work 35 hours a week.
