Prevent microsleep

Sit behind the steering wheel only when you are relaxed. Lack of sleep has the same effect as alcohol behind the steering wheel. Studies show that the reaction time while driving after one night of a short 4-hour sleep is comparable to 0.5 per mille of alcohol in blood. One night without any sleep corresponds up to 0.8 per mille. Pay attention to the symptoms of fatigue: burning sensation in the eyes, twitching fingers on the steering wheels or driving too close.
